Though we allow swearing this is not to be in excess and certainly not at a member. Anything deemed abusive towards another member will be dealt with via a verbal warning for a first time offence, secondly you will be kicked to show that the Mod or Admin is serious, and if you continue you will be banned for a certain length of time. When that time expires you will be allowed back on the chatroom. Do not be fooled: you can and will be permanently banned from the chatroom if your behaviour is deemed so inappropriate. - If you think your ban was unfair you may contact a board (forum) Administrator or Moderator about it, but please remember that the reason that the staff on the chatroom are put in such positions because they are trustworthy and look out for the best interests of those who visit the chatroom.
Please speak in English on the chatroom. If you wish to speak in a different language to a member then please do so via private chat (click on the individual's name in the right-hand panel and select private chat). This is to ensure that we can efficiently moderate the chatroom and so that everybody can understand each other correctly.
Please use your forum name or a shortened version of this. This is to help us identify who you are and so that you can talk to your friends.
On the boards, we advise that you behave civilly or the Admin members there will deal with you. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will also be reported to staff on the chatroom so that we can keep an eye on you over there. Staff on the boards and the chatroom are likely to be different.
